What you need to know
We're glad you're here! To make sure everyone gets the care they need, we kindly ask that all appointments be booked online, whether you're a new patient or you've been with us for a while. It's super easy, we promise!
Managing Your Appointments
Life happens, and we get that! If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you can easily do so through the AMS Connect App. Just a heads-up about our cancellation windows: we require 3 hours' notice for GP appointments and 48 hours' notice for psychology appointments.

Good news travels fast! We'll send you updates and information about your test results directly to your phone via secure SMS.
Need a Repeat?
For repeat prescriptions and referrals, you can conveniently lodge your request online.

Booking the Right Appointment
To make sure you get the most out of your appointment, our booking system needs a little guidance from you! Please take a moment to select the appointment type that fits your needs. This helps us schedule you at the right time, with the right person, and for the right length of time.
Standard Appointments
Are you an adult or child coming for a standard appointment?
Depending on what you're coming in for, we have two different types of appointments for new patients:
New patient - 1 issue (15 minutes): best suited to those with a simple concern
New patient - Multiple or Complex Concerns (30 minutes): best suited to those who have multiple things they would like to discuss with their GP, or have a complex medical history.

Find the "Select appointment type" button which you'll find on the left of the booking page
Enter your details as prompted
Select the appointment type for the service you're coming for - we have special appointment types for almost every service, its a long list! scroll through and find the correct category for you.
