Patients without a valid Medicare card - Patients without a valid Medicare card must pay the full fee and are not eligible for a Medicare rebate.

Allied Health, Specialists and other services
Private fees may apply. You will be required to pay the full fee of your consultation on the day of your appointment.

Fees can be paid via Credit Card of EFTPOS.
Major credit cards & EFTPOS.
Some services can be claimed under WorkCover, CTP claims consultations, a Chronic Disease Management Plan, or Mental health Care Plan.

How do I pay for my appointment?
If you are bulk billed, no payment is required.
Otherwise, you will be required to pay the full fee of your consultation on the day of your appointment.
Fees can be paid via Credit Card or EFTPOS
The practice will submit any claim to Medicare on your behalf. Medicare typically pays the rebate within 24 hours.
Appointment cancellation policy
We understand that unplanned issues can arise, and you may need to cancel an appointment. Should this occur, we respectfully ask that the scheduled appointments be cancelled at least 4 hours in advance.
A no show/cancellation fee of $50 may apply if your appointment is cancelled with less than 4 hours’ notice.
